Director of Brand Management
Caroline heads the agency’s account leadership group of experienced brand managers, who work closely with our clients to create strategic marketing initiatives that fuel their success. As a one-of-a-kind advocate for strategy, transparency and accountability, Caroline is a trusted leader both inside the agency and in her business-building work with our clients.
A Dallas native, Caroline began her agency career working at two national agencies, first serving Sam’s Club as a direct client and then Proctor and Gamble for Wal-Mart where she focused on shopper and conversion marketing. As a trusted agency partner, Caroline later moved back to her hometown of Dallas to work on site with Essilor of America, a company that is a leader in the eyecare industry before coming to Stone Ward. Utilizing the skills and knowledge she acquired from her previous experiences, she has emerged as a leader who truly makes an impact on the agency and on our clients every day.
When she’s not working, Caroline is happiest spending time with her husband and two dogs, reading mystery books, baking and streaming the latest shows. You might even catch her solving a Rubik’s Cube.
