Millie embodies and inspires Stone Ward's ethos of intelligent thinking, committed service and creative drive. Always on the go, Millie is Chairman of the Advertising Marketing International Network (AMIN), one of the nation's largest networks of independent agencies representing 26 agencies with $21 billion in capitalized billings. She has also been named one of AdWeek's "Women To Watch," one of the "Top 100 Women" by Arkansas Business, and Woman Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Larry Stone
Executive Creative Director
Larry Stone is the creative heart of Stone Ward. As CEO and Executive Creative Director, Larry spends the majority of his agency time mentoring agency brands and people. An art director and design aficionado, Larry's first job as a creative director was at 26. During his career both he and his agency creative teams have been consistently represented in national award shows and annuals, from Clios to the Art Direction Annual to Cannes. Besides his career accomplishments, Larry has chaired the Board of the Arkansas Sheriffs' Youth Ranches for 10 years, where he has helped grow the organization's assets from $2 to $26 million and the youth campuses from one to five.

Kyle Floyd
Assoc. Creative Director / Director of Design
Kyle was born to be an artist. From an early age, he was rarely seen without pencil and drawing pad. As an architecture major at the University of Arkansas, he discovered a life-changing passion for design. After a detour at the University of Reading, UK, Kyle graduated with honors from Ouachita Baptist University and joined Stone Ward as Associate Art Director.
After a half-dozen years working for clients including Magic Springs, Terminix, Baptist Health and TCBY, Kyle became ACD and Director of Design. In this role, he applies highly targeted visual language to make products relevant and inspire an audience to action. Kyle has created brand identities and strategy and design, and environmental displays for clients like Span-on Tools, Meineke Car Care Centers, BancorpSouth and Toyota.

Tom Lillig
Director of Account Management
Whether he's in South Bend, South Africa, or the South Pacific, Tom brings a combination of American initiative, marketing know-how and global insight to every project he touches. While at Leo Burnett, Tom led groundbreaking marketing initiatives and launched new products for a number of major brands, including Kellogg's, Reebok, and the U.S. Postal Service. Most recently, while on the client side, Tom re-launched Peace Corps with a Gold Effie-winning public service campaign that has contributed to the highest number of Peace Corps volunteers in 30 years.

Jason Marlin
Director of Digital Strategy
With a background in science and almost 10 years of agency experience, Jason brings a unique perspective to every project. He got his modest programming start in the early 80s on a TI-99/4A and has had a passion for computers - and their impact on society - ever since. Jason brings a wide range of experience to his role as Director of Digital Strategy, from content management systems written in Ruby to Flash-based rich Internet applications and novel analytics research. His professional passions lie in the areas of personalized, targeted content delivery, social networking, systems usability and generally helping to unleash the potential of the Internet's hive-mind. Jason has worked with a diverse range of clients including Home Depot, Compaq (now HP), Knight Trading Group, Cardinal Health, Sabre and TMP Worldwide.

Emily Reeves
Director of Account Management & Research
Emily is the most seasoned professional in Account Management in our Little Rock office and directs all of Stone Ward's research efforts. She has been part of the Stone Ward team for eight years and has worked on almost every account in the agency, giving her a broad range of experience from work on local and regional to national businesses. Emily supervises marketing efforts for Arkansas Economic Development Commission, BancorpSouth, Baptist Health System and Terminix, to name a few. She is known for her attention to detail, organization, and fierce commitment to budgets and timelines. She is also the personality behind the Ms. Adverthinker blog and has a passion for social media which led to the development of SWIM.

Debra Reid
Director of Media Services
As media director for Stone Ward, Debra Reid brings more than 20 years experience in the fields of marketing and advertising and an extensive background in all forms of media.
Her understanding of and appreciation for the power of strategic media planning and placement make her an asset to every marketing program.
Reid directs the work of Stone Ward's media planners and buyers and supervises the agency's delivery of client-focused media services.

John Rogers
Chief Financial Officer
Blending equal parts pragmatism and insight, John helped lead TCBY to national prominence through the 80s, where he served as senior vice president, chief information officer and assistant treasurer, before joining Stone Ward in 2000. Since then, John has provided a soft-spoken guidance and wisdom to the Stone Ward clients and staff. He serves as a member of the AAAA's agency finance committee and has been a speaker and a panelist on both AAAA's and AMIN agency conferences.

Blake Rutherford
Director of Public Communications
Assisting clients in managing their brands and corporate reputations through the effective use of public communications is the focus of Stone Ward's LINK practice led by Blake Rutherford. Blake's experience in communications, politics, and business, as well as his understanding of related issues from a legal perspective, uniquely equip him to lead this growing agency speciality.
Blake is a sought-after contributor to local news programs to which he brings political savvy. He also manages two blogs:

Tommy Walker
Director of Broadcast Production
When Tommy talks, people list. And when he speaks as Stone Ward's Director of Broadcast, people listen harder. Tommy is a 23-year veteran of film and broadcast production, whose screen credits include work with Tom Cruise, Gene Hackman and Johnny Cash, among others. This hands-on technical - and technological - expertise made him the natural choice for Director of Stone Ward's in-house video production facility, 360 Filmworks.
Volunteer offensive line coach for Little Rock Central High, President of Arkansas State's Old Warriors Foundation, proud husband and father of four, Tommy is committed to the idea of service to others. It's a commitment he lives daily, in both his personal and professional lives.

Brenda Scisson
Public Relations Counselor
With over 35 years of experience, Brenda has provided public relations counsel to some of the Southeast's leading corporations and industries. A broad-based PR professional, her specialties are media relations, special events and internal communications. Brenda is also deeply committed to Arkansas and has been appointed (and re-appointed) by Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee to a seven-year term on the War Memorial Stadium Commission, a group that oversees sporting events and activities booked at this historic stadium.
