Working with Honda at the Dealer Association level, Stone Ward supports seven regional dealers across three states in their sales efforts. Thanks to an insightful media strategy, they have shown continued increase in market share since implementing our plan.
Ironically, the dealer group was actually called the Central Arkansas Honda Dealers when we started working with them. So the first thing we did was revise the name to the South Central Honda Dealers Association to better reflect the group geographically.
The strategy we developed is to leverage co-op marketing budgets. Through our media buys we support Honda’s national media plan through traditional and digital channels with everything being tightly tracked and optimized to keep it performing at its best.
Overall, we have been able to increase total market share while maintaining accurate media representation for each dealer.
