Healthcare reform created new and different opportunities for Arkansas’s largest health insurance provider. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield tasked Stone Ward with creating a campaign that communicated its national brand strengths with a local flair.

This direct response campaign exceeded all goals by capturing new emerging market share while retaining existing customers.

We also created a customized reporting tool that pulled data from various channels that we analyzed and optimized each week of the campaign.
