All team members are eligible for annual, performance-based bonuses and are encouraged to solicit new business. Should Stone Ward win such business, the person who brought the lead or contact to the agency is rewarded with a bonus of up to 5% of the agency’s first year’s annual gross profit on the account.
As a reward for commitment, when staff complete five years of full-time, continuous service, they’re granted an additional five days of sabbatical leave to be taken in their sixth year. Sabbatical leave is awarded for each additional five years of service.
After 10 years with the agency, team members get one extra week of paid vacation and a $2,500 check to use toward visiting their destination of choice.
