Stone Ward Promotes Allison Bermudez to Public Relations Director
Accomplished leader to oversee and grow the agency’s national PR practice
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Feb. 5, 2026) – Stone Ward announced today that Allison Bermudez, APR, has been promoted to public relations director, strengthening the agency’s leadership team and reinforcing its long-standing commitment to public relations as a core business discipline.
In her new role, Bermudez will oversee Stone Ward’s award-winning public relations practice, guiding strategy and execution for local, regional, and national clients served through the agency’s offices in Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas, and Chicago. She will lead team development, client strategy, and strategic communications efforts aligned with client and agency business goals.

Bermudez joined Stone Ward in 2025 as a senior public relations counsel, following senior communications roles in the private and public sectors. She brings extensive experience in corporate communications, external affairs, and crisis and reputation management, along with a strong record of nonprofit board leadership.

Dussing Berry, who has been with Stone Ward for 19 years, will continue in her role as managing partner/PR, focusing on high-value client work and expanding the agency’s crisis communications services.
Bermudez holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. She earned Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America and currently serves as president-elect of the Arkansas chapter. She is a graduate of Leadership Arkansas Class XVI.
