Owned by the Jones family for three generations, Sissy’s Log Cabin is the largest independently owned jewelry store in Arkansas and was already a successful household name when we began our relationship.
We were hired to amplify their brand and make it more competitive with other regional and national jewelry brands. To elevate Sissy’s, we reformed their digital and media tactics and took an integrated approach with the goal of increasing store traffic and ultimately, sales.
Together, we also worked to establish brand standards and create a slightly updated logo.
But our biggest contribution to their bottom line has been from our media department, uncorking more than $200,000 in additional co-op money and better aligning creative messaging to their different target audiences.
And the slightly updated logo? In the co-op world, size definitely matters. By adding a stacked version of the logo to their graphic standards, we were able to put a much larger Sissy’s logo into the co-op brand’s artwork, making it much more legible, especially on outdoor boards.
One inbound marketing plan for Sissy’s focused specifically on list segmentation, increasing customer engagement and collecting more relevant information from their existing email lists. The result was a ridiculous increase in click throughs on eblasts and on ROI.
