Stone Ward designed the new Baptist Health website to align with the brand’s promise and facilities’ outstanding service while providing an easier user experience, for both site visitors and on-staff site managers. With a goal of driving more potential patient inquiries and appointment booking online, these pages are now two of the top most visited pages on the site. In its first year, the site has seen a 75% increase in traffic over the last year with an overall 44% increase in pageviews.
