From Stale to Stellar
When the Museum of Discovery received a $9.2 million grant from the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation to expand and renovate its already popular Arkansas family attraction, the Museum turned to Stone Ward to help re-imagine the brand.
Stone Ward used its proven 360 brand identity process to immerse our team in the Museum’s mission of igniting a passion for science, technology and math in a dynamic, interactive environment and translated the essence of that mission into a fresh and fluid new identity and website for the Museum of Discovery.
The new Museum logo is a graphic reminder of the explosion of learning that happens as a result of the Museum experience and speaks to the diversity and creativity of its programming and exhibits. The new brand is also translated to the Museum’s new website, museumofdiscovery.org, also created and developed by Stone Ward, which provides an online introduction to the Museum and offers a peek into current Museum of Discovery exhibits. The website also features interactive elements, like Ask the Mad Scientist, to engage students and teachers alike.
The Museum reopened on Friday, January 13, as the state’s premier center for informal science edutainment. Stone Ward is proud to be part of the Building Good that this new facility will do in Arkansas.
